  We aim to get the better quality tenants for your property. We conduct credit checks and review ‘discredited tenant’ databases regularly. Plus, we lodge tenants’ bond in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.

  We aim to keep good tenants for longer, signing new leases upon the expiration of old ones. Should you require a tenancy agreement to be terminated, we can smooth the process and make sure it’s in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.

  Should a problem arise with your tenants, the case could be brought before a Tenancy Tribunal. Rather than going it alone and possibly facing a lengthy, costly case - trust our expert knowledge. Mission Property Management has a thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and we will ensure your case goes as smoothly as possible.

  We communicate with problematic tenants and ensure your rent or any outstanding debts are collected on time. We also provide administration and risk management advice.

  We conduct thorough and comprehensive inspections at your properties to ensure they are maintained well and everything is in order. Should a case be brought before the Tenancy Tribunal, our detailed inspection reports will provide excellent evidence to settle any disputes.
