Looking for a new rental property?

Be prepared. We will be asking questions to find out if you’re the right tenant for our listed properties. Here’s what we need to know:

1. Tell us about yourself. Please complete the application form and provide copies of identification (for every adult planning to reside there) [link to form]
2. Tell us about your past renting experience and provide written references from previous landlords.
3. Finances: tell us about your source of income (bank statements, payslips)
4. Work out what you can afford before you commit; we’ll be asking you for the following payments over and above weekly rent:
   • one weeks’ rent in advance
   • bond (usually four weeks’ rent)
   • letting fee (one week rent plus $50 and GST, non refundable)
