Kaye Xu

Kaye graduated from the AUT with a Master of  Finance, which provides her a solid academic background of business management.
Kaye has been working as customer service for more than 8 years, so she understands the needs of both landlords and tenants very well. Also, this experience has helped Kaye develop excellent customer and problem-solving skills. Kaye believes effective communication is the key.
Kaye is an honest, reliable person with integrity. She  always puts herself in a client’s shoes to take the stress out of her owners’ hands.
